Absolutely. Each month you’ll get to choose between two charm options.

We make all of our charms in‑house and in small batches, so if you’re not loving the charm of the month you can simply skip it. Your subscription will automatically roll over to the next month - just make sure to skip before the 5th of the month. 

Yes! If you need to cancel your subscription, simply send us an email with the subject: Cancel Subscription.

Make sure to cancel before the 3rd of the month, as our billing cycle take place on the 5th. We currently do not offer refunds for first-time subscribers or renewed subscriptions.

You will will receive tracking information after orders are shipped. Most orders ship within 7 days after billing is confirmed on the 5th of every month. You can expect to receive your monthly charms between the middle and end of each month.
